I did something really bad today. It was a tempting thing to do and I think any of you would have felt the same way. I feel so guilty about it, but what’s done is done.
I should never have eaten that slice of pizza. Bad Jan, bad Jan.
Now I have to do some serious burning tomorrow when I train. ΣΥΝΑΝΤΗΣΗ (Fuck in Greek).
